Hummingbird Cake

Full of fresh banana, pineapple, walnuts + spices. Super moist, and packed with flavour. Pairs well with salted caramel + passionfruit curd

Lemon Yoghurt Cake

Made with fresh lemons and greek yoghurt, the layers are soaked in lemon syrup while still hot. Delightfully delicious, perfect for summer events or afternoon tea parties

Lemon Olive Oil Cake

Lemon olive oil cake is a deliciously moist and tender Mediterranean style lemon cake. Pairs beautifully with passionfruit curd! Try something new and add in shortbread crumb with toasted meringue buttercream.

Vanilla Chiffon Sponge Cake

A light cake with an airy crumb. Pairs well with mascarpone whip and passionfruit curd.
